Options and control over your forms
There are dozens of options for you to customize each form to fit your specific needs. Forms can be attached to a service, such as a tee time, an event like a tournament or league, a membership type, and even upon your customers login to your site. Add your own custom fields and define each field type, such as a text box, pick list, radio button, etc. On any form you can require a digital signature, which is perfect for customer waiver forms and parental consent forms. If forms are updated over time, a copy of the data is saved each time for accurate record keeping.
